Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms cover your use of Get Your Sports Here at getyoursportshere.com (the “service”). “We” and “us” mean Wallabout Collective Inc., a Maine corporation in the United States, which runs Get Your Sports Here. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and our Disclaimer explains the limits of what we write. Both apply when you use the service.
What the service does
Get Your Sports Here writes a sports briefing for you and emails it at the times you choose. You set up each briefing by picking sports, leagues, teams, players and topics, or by describing what you want to a setup assistant. The service also shows game schedules and can produce a one-page game report (shown on the site as a game sheet) for a game.
Briefings, game reports and the assistant’s replies are written by AI from public web sources. They can contain mistakes. Check the linked sources before you rely on anything.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and handle any payment.
Your account
There are no passwords. To sign in, we email a 6-digit code to your address. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at hello@getyoursportshere.com.
Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You do not need a credit card to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends. During the trial you get the limits of the Plus plan.
- There are two plans, each billed monthly or yearly:
- Standard: your briefing once a day, 15 new game reports a month, and 5 previews or “Send now” emails a day.
- Plus: your briefing twice a day, 40 new game reports a month, and 7 previews or “Send now” emails a day.
- A briefing sent twice a day counts as two emails. Daily limits start again at midnight and monthly limits on the first day of the month, in your time zone.
- When the trial ends, access stops until you choose a plan: you need a paid subscription to keep receiving scheduled briefings, to preview or send a briefing, and to make new game reports. Your briefing and settings, game schedules and rundowns, and the game reports already made stay available.
- The price is the one shown at checkout, in US dollars. It is currently $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year for Standard, and $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year for Plus.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. You pay for the first month or year at checkout, including when you subscribe during the free trial. Your subscription then renews automatically each month or year, and you are billed for each one, until you cancel.
- You can switch plans or cancel at any time from your account page. When you switch, the difference for the rest of the current month or year is added to or taken off your next bill. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
- We do not give refunds for partial months or years, except where the law requires it.
- We may change a plan’s price or limits. We will email you at least 30 days before a change applies to you. If you do not want it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Acceptable use
The service is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- scrape the service, or resell or redistribute briefings, game reports or anything else from it;
- abuse the service, overload it, or interfere with how it works;
- try to get around the free trial or the subscription, for example by opening more than one account;
- try to get into other people’s accounts or into parts of the service you are not meant to reach;
- use the service to break the law.
Content and ownership
- You may read, save and print your briefings and game reports for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Briefings and game reports summarise and link to articles and pages from other publishers. That content belongs to its publishers, and their own terms apply to it.
- Names and logos of leagues, teams and other organisations belong to their owners.
- The service itself, including its name, design, text and software, belongs to us.
- You keep any rights you have in what you type into the service. You allow us to use it to run the service for you, including by sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
The service links to websites run by other people. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account and have your information deleted, email hello@getyoursportshere.com; the Privacy Policy explains what happens next.
Changes to the service
We may change, add or remove features of the service, and we may stop offering it.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that briefings, game reports, schedules or scores will be accurate, complete or up to date, that emails will arrive at a particular time, or that the service will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from your use of the service or your reliance on anything in it;
- our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will also email you. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute can’t be settled informally, it will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maine, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. If the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, these terms don’t take that right away.
